During his career, he successfully negotiated or supervised over 100 airport contracts and played a key role in numerous Airline/Airport Affairs Committees.

Keith has led the construction and buildout of major airport facilities, including the Destin terminal, Provo Airport, and Bellingham operations building, as well as the headquarters for a leading airline. His expertise in strategic planning and operational management ensures Elevate Aviation delivers on its mission to provide exceptional ground services with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Tyler Wolfe is the Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Elevate Aviation, bringing over a decade of experience in the airline industry. He began his career in 2014 as a ramp agent and quickly progressed through leadership roles, eventually overseeing an entire ground handling division for a major aviation company. Tyler’s hands-on experience at every level of operations gives him unique insight into delivering safe, reliable, and efficient ground services.

A certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, Tyler is dedicated to fostering leadership development and building high-performing teams. He has successfully managed contracts for multiple airlines across diverse locations, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. His ability to implement innovative strategies and drive efficiency has been instrumental in achieving organizational success.

Kennida Puente-Fife brings over eight years of experience in the aviation industry to her role as Co-Founder and Vice President of Station Operations at Elevate Aviation. With a proven track record in operational management and customer service excellence, Kennida is dedicated to ensuring seamless ground service operations and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
She previously served as a Station Support Manager, where she enhanced operational efficiency across multiple locations, and spent over five years as a Manager, leading teams to consistently achieve performance goals. Kennida holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Northeastern University, where she honed her leadership and organizational skills.
